    The School Without Walls is consistently recognized as the top high school in Washington DC due to the high academic performance of the students who attend.     The Pandora Papers: Hidden Wealth in Plain Text

    On October 3, 2021 the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists (ICIJ) began to publish a series of leaked documents known as the “Pandora Papers.” The papers, found and reviewed by 14 sources and over 600 journalists from 117 countries, contain 11.9 million documents that amount to about 2.9 Terabytes of data.     January 6th was a tragedy for the DC community, the United States, and the world. Five lives were lost and over one hundred police officers were injured. For fear of President Joe Biden's safety at his inauguration later in the month, secure fencing was erected. If you lived on Capitol Hill, the only way you could get past the Capitol would be on Interstate 695 or around Union Station.     After almost 18 months of online learning, all School Without Walls students went back to full-time in-person school on Aug. 31. Out of the entire student population, only the current seniors have been in the school building for a full year prior to the pandemic.
